Each piece at SHAZOEY is handcrafted with care, often specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@shazoey.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep in mind that SHAZOEY jewellery is completely handmade, and there may be slight variations in the hammering and stamping of gold and silver. Also due to the raw and one-of-a-kind nature of gemstones, what you receive may differ slightly from what is photographed.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds for earrings, unless faulty. As all necklaces, bracelets and rings are handmade to order, please choose your sizing carefully as a small fee may be charged for a change in sizing to cover the materials and time spent on creating a completely new piece for you. Please choose carefully and keep this in mind prior purchasing. You can refer to our sizing guide, or send us an email if you need help deciding on a length.
However, if there are any issues and you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible as we will try our best to resolve any issues that there may be. We are here to help!
