Returns and exchanges

Please keep in mind that SHAZOEY jewellery is completely handmade, and there may be slight variations in the hammering and stamping of gold and silver. Also due to the raw and one-of-a-kind nature of gemstones, what you receive may differ slightly from what is photographed.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns/refunds for earrings, unless faulty.
All custom pieces are made to order and usually one-off pieces, and therefore exchanges, returns and refunds are not offered for a change of mind.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your SHAZOEY order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item as we will try our best to resolve any issues that there may be. We are here to help! 

Should you wish to continue with an exchange/gift voucher or refund, please contact us prior returning your item (making sure it is well protected) within 7 days after receiving your parcel. We will be happy to offer a full refund minus shipping costs. 

Returns must be in original, unworn condition and in same signature gift box as was received. Please package carefully to reduce damage during re-post. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

All SHAZOEY pieces have been designed and crafted to the highest standard, but daily wear and tear is inevitable.
