Unlike mass-produced jewellery, each custom letter charm is individually hand-stamped in our Sydney studio. Focusing on traditional hand-stamping techniques, we create truly unique keepsakes with an artisanal finish. These personalised pieces are handcrafted with care and intention to honour loved ones and celebrate the people in your life.
Materials & Durability
Our initial pendants are hand-stamped into premium 22-24k gold vermeil or sterling silver, ensuring a rich, high-end finish. To ensure lasting durability for daily wear, we pair our pendants with high-quality 14k gold filled and sterling silver chains. Our range includes gold, rose gold, and sterling silver options.
What is Gold Filled and Gold Vermeil?
We select premium materials designed for both beauty and longevity.
14k Gold Filled is our most durable choice for daily wear; it features a thick layer of solid gold bonded to a base metal, making it highly tarnish-resistant.
Gold Vermeil offers a luxury finish with a thick 18k gold layer over a solid Sterling Silver base.

Is it gift-ready and when will my order arrive?
Yes. Every piece arrives beautifully packaged in our signature SHAZOEY gift box, making it ready to give the moment it arrives. We can also include a handwritten note if you're sending it directly to someone special - just leave your message at checkout.
As each necklace is handcrafted in our Sydney studio, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order. We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post, with Express options available if you need your personalised gift in a hurry. Please reach out if you need your piece earlier and we will try our best to accommodate.
