What can I expect in my parcel?

All SHAZOEY jewellery pieces are lovingly crafted with care and beautifully presented in an original SHAZOEY gift box with a care card. It is then safely packaged so that it will arrive to you in perfect condition.


What are your processing times?

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including shipping times) for made to order jewellery currently available in my shop, after payment has been cleared.


How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are hand-made (please allow 3-5 business days), and then packaged and posted by me (generally completed in bulk on a once-weekly basis). Shipping times are as follows:

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA: 2+ Business Days* (Express Shipping 1-2 business days is available, please add upgrade to your cart)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 3-10 Business Days* (Estimated time only)

If your parcel still has not arrived within 4 weeks of the shipping date, please contact me.


IMPORTANT NOTE: Your country (outside Australia) may or may not charge a duty/customs fee or charge to receive your parcel. Please be aware as this is your responsibility and unfortunately I have no control over this. Thank you for understanding.


*Shipping times will vary depending on quantity ordered and date of purchase. Please allow extra time in the weeks surrounding Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day

What courier do you use?

AUSTRALIA - All parcels will be sent as ‘Parcel Post’ or 'Express Post' (if paid for) via Australia Post. Online Tracking will be provided.


INTERNATIONAL - All parcels will be shipped via airmail by Australia Post. Once your package is on its way, I will notify you through email and provide you with a tracking number.


What currency do you use in your shop?

All prices are listed as AUD throughout our shop.


Do you take custom orders?

As each SHAZOEY piece is handmade, I am happy to work with you to create a piece that will fit you perfectly and that you will love (I know each person is different, some have tiny wrists - that's me, and and others prefer shorter or longer necklaces) - send me an email and I will get back to you as soon as I can!

Sending a gift?

I am happy to include handwritten cards for gifts, free of charge. Please contact me with your message.


What are the materials used in your jewellery?

GOLD FILLED
A base metal (usually of brass or copper) covered by thick coats of gold, gold-filled jewellery should last as long as solid 14k gold jewellery with reasonable care. Safe for most with sensitive skin.

GOLD VERMEIL
Gold vermeil is a base of sterling silver plated with gold. Store in a sealable plastic bag when not in use, because even though the gold may not tarnish, the silver underneath will. It is natural for gold vermeil jewellery to tarnish over time, but don’t worry - this adds more character to the piece! Safe for most with sensitive skin.

STERLING SILVER
Sterling silver is a mixture of pure silver and usually copper. Wear often or store in sealable plastic bags to prevent tarnish. Safe for most with sensitive skin.

GOLD PLATED / SILVER PLATED / RHODIUM PLATED
The plating may wear off as it is only a coating. Store in sealable plastic bags to prevent tarnish. You can remove light tarnish by using a dry and soft microfibre cloth and is important to buff VERY gently, to avoid scratching the outer layer.

JEWELS & GEMS
Hot water, harsh chemicals and cleaners should be avoided at all times. After wearing, wipe your precious gemstone jewellery gently with an untreated, dry, soft microfibre cloth ONLY.


Do you refund/exchange?

Please keep in mind that SHAZOEY jewellery is completely handmade, and there may be slight variations in the hammering and stamping of gold and silver. Also due to the raw nature of the gems and jewels, what you receive may differ slightly from what is photographed.


Due to hygiene reasons, I do not offer returns/refunds for earrings, unless faulty.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your SHAZOEY piece, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item as I will try my best to resolve any issues that there may be. I am here to help!

Should you wish to continue with an exchange/gift voucher or refund, please contact me to let me know, send your item back (making sure it is well protected) within 7 days after receiving your parcel. I will be happy to offer a full refund minus shipping costs.

Returns must be in original, unworn condition and in same packaging as was received. Please package carefully to reduce damage during re-post. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.


I have designed and made each SHAZOEY piece to last, but do be aware of daily wear and tear. Please be kind and gentle to your jewellery!
